TST040WVBS-25C is 4.0 inch 720x720 resolution MIPI interface LCD display module, with square shape and capacitive touch panel, it's very suitable for home smart product. The brightness is 300 nits, White LEDs is 10, backlight current is 40mA and backlight voltage is 15V, which could be customized. For this 4.0 inch TFT LCD module, driver IC is ST7703, viewing direction is free, all o'clock, color depth is 16.7M, white backlight and transmissive mode.
