Description:
ProLCD-T028P01 is 2.8 inch 240x320 resolution LCD display with Resistive touch panel, resolution is QVGA, coming out with 20 pins UART serial port. Outline dimension of LCD is 50x69.2mm, total thickness for the display+RTP+PCB is 4.76mm, general tolenrance is ±0.2mm. Standard brightness is 250 cd/m2, we could also make the higher brightness basing on customer's need. For the PCB type, it's bottom contact, pin pitch is 0.5mm.
The serial port screen mainly uses serial port communication to solve the problem of communication between the user operation interface program and the customer control panel to achieve the purpose of controlling the machine. The main function is to liberate users from the complex process of: complex interface software development + complex hardware solutions + hardware production cost control, and use the serial port screen solution provided by Team Source Display (TSD) is to achieve extremely fast, simple, efficient and high-efficiency as well as cost-effective solutions achieve the purpose of rapid product development, rapid product launch, and seizing market opportunities.

Applications:
For our 2.8 inch LCD display ProLCD-T028P01, it's widely using in smart home and white goods, like the smart thermostat, Temperature and humidity control panel. Customer only needs a low-end microprocessor (commonly known as single-chip microcomputer) and cooperates with the host computer software to easily design its own UI. TSD have the full ranges of standard design from 2.4 inch to 7 inch, touch or without touch solution are all available, and we could also make the customized design as per customer's needs.
