TST040WVBS-35 is 3.99 inch TFT display with 400x960 resolution in portrait mode, it's a veritical display coming out with 20 pins MIPI DSI interface. LCD driver IC is ST7701S, surface uminance is 350 cd/m2, backlight LEDs is 8 LEDs with 20mA and 24.8V. Power voltage is 2.8V typically. Operating temperature is -30 to +80℃, storage temperature is also -30 to +80℃. This 4 inch tft lcd module is a bar type display, with high resolution and good performance.
