LCD driver IC is HX8363, Touch panel driver IC is ST1633i. Outline dimension of LCD module is 93.5(W)x93.5(H)x7.93(D)mm, active area is 74.39x74.39mm. This round tft lcd display is with -20 to 70°C operating temperature, -30 to 80°C storage temperature. Under its 1000 nits high brightness, it's widely using for many different applications.
