TST017QVBG-01 is a 1.69 inch square tft lcd module in 240x280 resolution, it is SPI in 12 pins, and could be customed for other pinmap. Brightness is 730 nits. Backlight current is 60mA and backlight voltage is 3.0V, with 3 backlight LEDs. This 1.69 inch TFT LCD module is designed with ST7789, viewing direction is all o'clock, color depth is 65K, white backlight and transmissive type. Contrast ratio is 1000:1. This model could be customizable for FPC, interface, touch panel, backlight and driver board etc.
