TST040HDBY-41 is 4 inch 720x720 resolution tft ips lcd display screen module with MIPI interface. It's round tft display with good performance. LCD driver IC is FL7707N. LCD type is 4.0 inch TFT, transmissive, normally black. Viewing direction is all o'clock, operating voltage is 2.8V. This 4 inch tft lcd module is consumer grade, operating temperature is -10 ~ +60°C, storage temperature is -20 ~ +70°C. Except for this design, TSD also have the other model which is with wider temperature range, automotive grade display.
