TST09603A is a 0.96 inch tft lcd module in 80x160 resolution, it is 4 wire SPI interface in 13 pins, and could be customed for other pinout. The interface is 4 wire SPI interface. Backlight is 400 nits. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor application, such as measureing device and control panel, hybrid recorders, timer, counter, power limiter. The backlight has 1 backlight LED, backlight current is 20mA and backlight voltage is 3.2V, which could be customized. This 0.96 inch TFT LCD module is designed with ST7735S, viewing direction is all o'clock, color depth is 262K, white backlight and transmissive type.
