TST020QVHS-06B is 2.0 inch 240x320 resolution 3 wire SPI interface LCD display module, without standard capacitive touch panel. Backlight is 350 nits, White LEDs is 3, backlight current is 60mA and backlight voltage is 3.2V, which could be customized. For this 2.0 inch TFT LCD module, driver IC is ST7789V, viewing direction is free, all o'clock, color depth is 262K, white backlight and transmissive mode.
